Meet Our Staff

Vince and Jana acquired the Chevrolet dealership in Downtown Burlington in 1983 and have been working together ever since. One of their greatest achievements was the construction of their new facility in 2012. In November 2022, they sold the business to their youngest daughter, Lanie. They are still available to help when needed and are relishing their retirement.

Lanie returned to the family business in 2003 and began working in the Parts & Service departments. Later she moved into the Sales & Finance department, giving her knowledge of all departments in the dealership. In November of 2022, she had the opportunity to become an owner in the family business and accepted the new role of Dealer Principal.

Dave has been with our dealership for more than 25 years, and currently serves as the General Manager. Overseeing functions for all departments, Dave also assists with finance needs in the dealership on a daily basis.

With over 25 years of experience in new and used automotive sales, Tim is a key member of our sales team and handles all of the dealer trade needs for the dealership. You can trust Tim to guide you through the sales process with ease and expertise. His friendly demeanor and professionalism ensure that every interaction is both enjoyable and informative, making your car-buying experience seamless and satisfying.

Jeff has specialized in new and used automotive vehicle sales for more than 25 years. Whether working with first-time buyers or seasoned car enthusiasts, Jeff's personable approach and expertise make the car-buying experience both enjoyable and stress-free.

Jenni has been a valuable member of Vince's Team for more than a decade. She is responsible for overseeing the vehicle ordering process, handling vehicle title work, and managing accounts receivable along with multiple other administrative duties.

Deidra brings several years of experience in the automotive industry, specializing in both Sales and Finance. With her passion for automobiles, she possesses a wealth of knowledge across various facets of the industry, making her a valuable asset to the Vince's Team.

Rich has been a valuable member of our service department for over 15 years, overseeing the Parts and Service requirements for our dealership. His extensive experience makes him the ideal person to assist you with all your accessory, parts, and service inquiries.

With over 30 years of automotive experience, Scott is an ASE Master-Certified automotive technician. Scott has been a highly-valued resource in our parts and service departments for many, many years.

With her exceptional skills in assisting vehicle check-ins, scheduling appointments, and managing cashiering tasks, Esperanza ensures a seamless experience for our customers. As one of our bilingual team members, she bridges communication gaps and provides excellent service to both English and Spanish-speaking clients. Her commitment to customer satisfaction and her friendly demeanor make her an invaluable asset to our team.

Braulio brings over a decade of expertise as an automotive service technician. .Known for his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction, Braulio has become a trusted expert in his field. Alongside his technical expertise, Braulio is bilingual, which brings extra value to Vince's Team.

Scott, known as Jr. in our shop, brings several years of automotive mechanical experience to our service department. His colleagues admire his willingness to share knowledge and mentor others, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment in the shop. Beyond his technical prowess, Scott's friendly demeanor and positive attitude make him a beloved member of the team, always ready to lend a hand or share a laugh.

Grant is a recent Dean's List graduate from Southwestern Community College in Creston, IA, where he earned degrees in both Auto Body and Automotive Repair. Grant's enthusiasm, coupled with his strong work ethic and technical know-how, makes him a valuable addition to the Vince’s Team.

With a solid educational foundation from Northwest Technical College in Goodland and hands-on experience gained from working in his family’s auto body repair business, Teylon brings a wealth of expertise to his role, specializing in suspension and alignments. Teylon’s passion for precision and dedication to his craft make him an asset to our team, ensuring our clients receive top-notch service every time.

Alex recently joined our team as a Lube & Tire Technician. Alex brings prior automotive experience and eager to assist our customer with their vehicle maintenance needs.

Troy has been a valued member of our team for more than 25 years! He ensures that our facility remains visually appealing and operates smoothly, contributing significantly to every department.

Sean assists our Sales Department with New and Pre-Owned Vehicle preparation & detail. Sean is dependable, hardworking and a great team player. Sean is a highly valued employee on the Vince’s Team.

Martin performs a complementary wash & vacuum for our service customers. Martin’s dependability and hard work makes him an important part of the Vince’s Team.
